The Agent shall under no circumstances deal with client(s) given to him by the principal without notice to principal before or after such dealing.
The Agent shall maintain a good character to every client upon which the company name above is represented as to promote the image of the company.
The Agent shall continue to abide by the rules and ethics of Horlan Home till the expiration of the said contract.
Upon conclusion of the sale, rent or development of a property by the Agent, the agent is entitled to Five (5%) percent of the total, minus VAT of the sum paid as agent’s fee.
The Principal shall provide resources necessary for proper Inspections of property by prospective clients given to the agent or brought by the Agent.
The Agent shall not deal fraudulently with any client using the name of Horlan Home upon the event of such shall be dealt with according to the Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.
The Principal shall pay Agent his/her agency fee upon completion of his duties within 2 working day(s) of payment by the client.
The Agent is to give Principal a notice of 1 month upon intention to terminate the contract.
The Agent shall upon the termination of Contract seize the use of company properties and use of the company’s Name for related purposes; he shall also seize dealing with company’s clients for the same.
The Agent shall have power and authority to do all acts and deals with the property of the principal as effectively to all intent and purposes as if we were personally present and performing the same.
